Sale formats we run

The format follows the assets: some equipment belongs in a negotiated private sale, some in a timed auction event, and some — honestly — in a straight buyout that ends the project in a week. We evaluate the floor, whatever mix of plastics and metalworking machinery is on it, appraise the assets, recommend the format, and run the whole program: cataloging, marketing to real end users, settlement, and supervised removals that leave the building broom-clean. When the disposition includes the company itself, we handle the business or turnkey facility sale as part of the same engagement — contracts, real estate, and M&E in one program, one accountable party, one final accounting.
